  1. Love yourself correctly first before you love others.
  2. Death is a part of life. Everyone is subject to death. It is not something new. We all have been born and died countless times.
  3. What usually follows despair is retreat. Transform your despair into a challenge, and you will nd that the best way to stop feeling discouraged is to stop thinking discouraging thoughts.
  4. Stop staring at other people’s faults. Instead look inwards and x the problems from your side.
  5. If you love yourself, you will behave in a way that will make other people like you. If you don’t love yourself, you will do whatever that will make other people hate you.
  6. Once the mind is still, wisdom arises and a solution is found.
  7. Complete readiness is an illusion. We all have daily responsibilities to ful l. But we can do both secular and spiritual work every day if we so choose. Don’t wait for a perfect timing. Strive to meditate and grow in virtue every day.
  8. We all have made karmic mistakes. Just discipline yourself not to repeat the same mistakes.
  9. One will never know how great the happiness that springs from unconditional giving feels until one has done it.
  10. Looking for other people’s faults is a waste of time.
  11. If you forgive and let go, no annoying behavior can annoy you.
  12. The more you give, the more you receive.
  13. Heaven and Hell realms exist, and Buddhism has a proven way to prove their existence.
  14. The way to beat laziness is to be diligent.
