Chateau Kum-Une Art Museum

Chateau Kum-Une Art Museum is located around KM.4 on the right of the road. It is opposite the Mae Sa Snake Farm, Amphoe Mueng. The museum stores antiques from Ban Chiang era up until present. Chateau Kum-Une Art Museum is a private museum built in B.E.2539 by Visuta Sanasen, who has successfully established many art institutes. The museum built with golden teak. Including 2 individual buildings connected by a balcony. This place used to be the Mae-Sa Museum. Buildings surrounded by tropical forest greenery and plant varieties. The first building, built in Lanna architecture, exhibits antiques such as beautiful furnitures, drawings, lacquer wares, silverware, carved wooden bhudda , Chinese style bedroom with an ancient bed from Qing dynasty era, and varies of silk textiles. Chateau Kum-Une Art Museum is a great for those who are looking for an activity on weekends with its peaceful environment.
