Ryoanji Temple in Kyoto, Japan

Ryōan-ji is a Zen temple located in northwest Kyoto, Japan. It belongs to the Myōshin-ji school of the Rinzai branch of Zen Buddhism. The Zen temple was registered as a World Cultural Heritage in 1994 by the UNESCO. Located in the city of Kyoto. The temple has a peaceful environment, as well as a world-famous rock garden.
