The piña colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both.


  • 1 oz rum
  • Sweet lemon juice 3 / 4 oz
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • Coconut juice 1 / 2 oz
  • 3 / 4 oz carton milk


  1. Put crushed ice in the blender.
  2. Add all the ingredients.
  3. Pour into a glass
  4. Garnish with a slice of orange + cherry.
  5. Served with a straw
