Phoenix Ancient Town
The ancient city of Phoenix, a national historical and cultural city, was once praised by the famous New Zealand writer Louis Alley as the most beautiful town in China. It is adjacent to Dehang Miao Village in Jishou, Mengdong River in Yongshun, and Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou. It is the only way between Huaihua, Jishou and Tongren in Guizhou.
The scenery of the ancient city of Fenghuang organically integrates the natural and humanistic characteristics, and the heaviness after perspective may be the essence of its charm to attract tourists from all directions. The existing “Phoenix Ancient City”, which was called one of the most beautiful small cities in China by New Zealand writer Louis Alley, was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. This “Pearl of Xiangxi” is a veritable “small”, so small that there is only one decent thing in the city. Main street, but it is a green promenade.
